Chad Luke PhD, LPC-MHSP, NCC, ACS, MAC is a faculty member in the Counselor Education department at St Bonaventure University, a Licensed Professional Counselor, and a clinical supervisor. He holds a PhD in Counselor Education from the University of Tennessee. He has taught courses in neuroscience for counselors, counseling theory, career counseling, multicultural counseling, assessment and internship. He has clinical experience with addictions, children & adolescents, unhoused adults, college students and other adults. He is the author of more than 30 articles and 7 books, including “Neuroscience for Counselors and Therapists: Integrating the Sciences of Brain and Mind” (2nd ed.), and Neuroscience for Child and Adolescent Counselors. Other books by Chad include Essentials of Career-Focused Counseling: Integrating Research, Practice, and Neuroscience, Practicum in Counseling: A Developmental Guide, Counseling Children and Adolescents: Cultivating Empathic Connection.
